Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a lifelong reader and organizer of words. I live in Virginia with my supportive husband, two sassy daughters, an emotionally-needy dog, and two cats who hate each other.

I’ve been an almost exclusive reader of romance novels since 2012 when my oldest daughter was a baby and I needed a bit of an escape. I love delving into new worlds and getting to know different types of characters, what makes them tick, and what draws them together.

In starting my own romance-writing venture, I hope to explore exciting, but familiar worlds, and relatable, imperfect characters.
